Updates and re-booting

I love how windows now automatically updates, but I have lost work when the
computer automatically restarts without being prompted to do so. How do I
keep the computer from automatically shutting down after the updates are
downloaded?
 
Control Panel > Windows Update > Change setting link in the left side panel
