Automatic Reply

We have Outlook 2002 and I am trying to figure out how to
send an automatic reply notifying senders that my email
address will be changing in a week, similar to an
automatic reply that you are on vacation and will not be
responding for a week. Anyway, I see in Rules Wizard that
I can set up a rule to send an auto reply but then it
wants to know which template to use. I cannot find
anywhere how to create a new template and what file
extension it should have. Thanks
