Automatic Replies When on vacation

I am using Outlook6 and would like to have an automatic reply telling anyone
who sends me an email that I am on vacation from x date to x date. I have had
similar replies from others but cannot figure out how to set it up.

Anyone know
 
What software are you running? There is no "Outlook 6" Is it Microsoft
Office Outlook 2002 or 2003?

Do you have Exchange server software?
