automatic reboot of a windows 2003 server

I need to set up a windows 2003 server to automatically reboot its self.....I
tried the windows 2000 server way but it appears that if I am not logged in
then it will not work...if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate
it...thanks

There are many such tools:
- shutdown.exe (Windows Resource Kit)
- psshutdn.exe (www.sysinternals.com) (I'm not too sure
about the exact name)

Use the Task Scheduler to run either of them at the desired time.
