automatic profile handling

We have many exchange servers worldwide. Users come from
different locations. But, I have to manually create the
profile for all of them for outlook. Is there any way to
automatically handle the profile making?, so that use will
logonto the workstation, his information will be
automatically itegrated and he will be able to use and
view his email without an IT support person creating a
profile manually?
