automatic power shut

i would like to ask when we shut the pc how to do it
automatically.i have to turn the power off manually when
it is safe to do so.can you respond me if you know the
answer.Thanks

Not entirely sure but it is something to do with the
Advanced Power Management in the bios. Try checking the
bios for options and see what that does. But not entirely
sure as XP has a similar problem with older machines.
