Automatic Outlook Response

Some time ago I was trying to set up an automatic response in outlook, which
I could activate when I was out of town. Some how this thing is now
permenently active and send an automatic response to ever e-mail I receive.

I can't find the rule which causes it to happen and I can't find the message
file.

How do I stop this thing?

At a guess (as you haven't supplied much info), perhaps you set up this
auto-response at your ISP?

Or, if you are not using Exchange, just close down Outlook when you leave,
auto-responses can't run unless it is running
