Automatic Name checking

somehow my outlook wont complete email addresses that i
type in the To Cc and Bcc fields. i have checked all the
boxes in the advanced email options but it still wont
complete or remember the email addresses i've used

I had the same problem, everyone else's auto name checking worked. My pc had been handed on from someone else in the business and their name was still floating around in the address book list. This looks to have confused the pc on where to check for names. Once we removed the previous user, name checking worked.
