Automatic Name Checking not working.

We have 2 pc's with Outlook2003 where the Automatic Check Name isn't working
at all. Under Tools/Options/Email Options/ Advanced Email Options, the
entry is checked for Automatic Name Checking.
Any ideas why this isn't working correctly?
Thanks for any leads you can give me.

Explain what you are doing, what you think isn't working and why. Include
your data store and your configuration of the Outlook Address Book.
