Automatic Minimization

When i leave Excel on, and my monitor goes to a screen
saver mode, Excel shrinks to a window that shows only the
top tool bar. This causes me to have to click and drag
the window to a normal size.

While not a big deal, it is very annoying.... Anyone have
this happen? or know how to fix it?
 
Anyone have this happen?

Never. No idea why it happens or how to control it.
