Where in the registry can I make this change?

I would like to enable this feature for our Windows 2000 clients. This is
currently working on our XP clients, via a GPO. The GPO does not apply to
Windows 2000.

How can I make this change? I thought that I could import a .reg to all
Windows 2000 clients with Grop Policy but I am not able to locate the
section of the
registry to do so.

Is there and easier way than going to all PC's one by one, since that is not
an option.

Thanks in advance.

Several TIPs at http://www.jsifaq.com/reghack.htm may be helpful.
