Automatic Login

OK, not the usual question about how to enable / disable automatic
logons. More of a WTF is going on here?!! Some of my users' PCs are
logging on automatically without requiring the ctrl-alt-del and
username / password. They are NOT configured to do this and the problem
is intermittent and, obviously, doesn't happen when anyone is watching.
Has anyone else encountered this and believed their users or am I just
a mug?

Control Panel / Users and Passwords / tick or untick "Users
must enter a password".

You might have TweakUI installed, or a registry hack that
provides for an automatic logon:

But then it would happen each time they logged on wouldn't it?

Yes, but since it's one of the ways this could happen,
you must check it out.

I stated that I have checked that the PCs are NOT configured to logon
automatically.
