Automatic link refresh

I have created the following folder ~

Financial Plan [main folder]
- Budget
- 2006
- 2007
- Forecast
- 2006
- 2007

I wish to copy files from the Budget 2007 folder to the Forecast 2007 folder
and ensure that the links are automatically refreshed / updated. Presently,
for files copied from the Budget folder to the Forecast folder, when I open
any file in the Forecast folder, the link still remains with the Budget
folder.

What is required of me in order that the link will automatically update from
Budget to Forecast when I copy the files over from one folder to the next?

Thank you very-very much! ;-)

I don't think it's possible to automatically update the links - you will have
to do them manually. Either do it link by link via Edit¦Links... or use Find
and Replace (but be careful that you are only replacing the links that are
relevant).
