Automatic Forwarding of Messages

I receive a newletter and would like to send it to friends automatically when
I receive it based on the senders e-mail address. I looked at rules wizard
but didn't find anything. Does anyone know of a way to do this.
 
Perhaps you missed the "sent to person or distribution list" condition or
the "forward" action?

I was starting with a template instead of a blank rule. Thanks so much
