Automatic Email When Completing Access Form.

How do I have Access send the form or report by email automatically upon
exiting the form? When the email does go through, the entire database is
emailed, not just the current record.

Also, there are times when I receive a message saying that the database is
in use or locked by another user. I'm the Administrator of the database.
 
why do you want to send the entire form? or do you only want to send
the data in the form?

have you looked at linked tables so you can have a front end database
and back end database where the back end holds the data for all your
front ends?
