automatic email reciept

i know there is a way to set up the email so that it loads automatically
rather than have to hit the send/receive button all the time.. but...I can't
figure out how to do that...can someone splain me!!

Tools, Options, Mail Setup, Send/receive button, select automatic mail
polling to no less than every 10 minutes. Any less can cause server problems.

Or it might be under Tools -> Send/Receive Settings -> Define
Send/Receive Groups

Menu navigation depends on the version of Outlook which kathy didn't
mention.
