We enrolled in Automatic Downloads
and one of the stupid programs slows
down our Windows Media Player to the
extend that we cannot watch DVDs without
staggering... very annoying.
Microsoft says it is the problem of
the OEM manufacturer HP, on which
laptop Windows is pre-installed, but
HP has no clue...
It seems that at the same time Windows
Media Player runs, another process eats
about 35% of our system resources, being
"csrss.exe". Is it possible that it
scans the datastream of the DVD simul-
taneously? How can we fix the problem /
which update shall we delete?
