Automatic Dialup

When I conect my laptop to my Desktop via eithernet my
dialup connection automaticly dialsup from the host
(desktop) I've switched every switch and cliked every
cliker I can find. Any suggestions?

Install the free version of ZoneAlarm on the laptop (not on the
desktop). It will pop up an alert when a program tries to connect to
the Internet.
