Automatic 'correct spelling' update

Hi there,
Would anyone have an idea how one can set up customized
automatic spelling updates within outlook 2000/2003?
As an example, if a user is about to type in the date in
an email, a little pop up box will inform him of the
correct spelling and format. By pressing 'enter', this
will be inserted.
Hope this makes sense.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those are AutoText entries. You can create new ones with the Insert |
AutoText command.
