Automatic completion of information

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to have a Word document as a
template, where certain fields (for example: address, city, state, zip, phone
number, email, etc) which are placed in a specific place in the document
could be automatically filled if I just type the Name of the person in a
special field or select it from a dropdown menus or something similar? I came
across this problem when I had to fill lots of forms where just certain
information changed, the rest stayed the same and I had to copy-paste that
info from a Excel document.
