Automatic certificate enrollment

Hello, was wondering if you could tell me how to disable
this feature for we do not have a Active Directory
directory server nor are we running any Active Directory
directory services at this time. Thanks
 
Without a CA, it should not happen. If you enable EFS, it will automatically
generate a self-signed certificate, but that will not require AD.
