Automatic Browser Refresh

Does anyone know if it is possible to configure my PC so
that browsers refresh automatically? I trade on eBay and
it would be really useful if I could set the page to
refresh every so often so I could just keep an eye on it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot.
