hi there...was wondering if this is possible? I have set up a prfile for a
Help Desk I work on. I need to bcc the support email address with every reply
I send out (so we get a copy of the reply back into the inbox). Is this
possible? I cant figure it out!

thanks in advance for any help.

Hello,

Outlook doesn't have an option to add a BCC to every message you reply,
which is why you need to use an add-in (or a script if you have some
programming knowledge). You can use an add-in for Microsoft Outlook called
Bells & Whistles to do that. You can find more about Bells & Whistles at
this link: http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/productivity.html

If your using Outlook 2003 click the options in the reply mail and you will
find the BCC there.
