Automatic Backup

Hi,
I have MS access database on single computer. Only one person will use it at
a time. I would like to backup the data to a network server every night
around 12PM. I am totally new to access and I am not sure how to do this.
Please help me. I would appreciate your help.

Use the Backup program in windows. It will let you backup to a disk (the
server) and you can schedule it to run every night.
 
Use Windows Scheduled Tasks to run a task at midnight 12:00 AM (12:00 PM is
mid-day) to run a task using MSAccess.exe with the /compact option.
