Automatic Backup

I want to automatically backup files from my hard drive
daily, and copy them on to the network over writing any
existing files.
I want the actual files and folders available on the
network (not as one .bkf file, as it does when i use
backup in system tools).
Using a brief case i can update them manually, but i can't
schedule it to do it automatically daily.
Can anyone help me?????

A program called Second Copy is very good at doing this on a scheduled
basis.
