If your looking for easy system recovery due to deletions, changes and
malware you may wish to look into the "Windows Shared Computer Toolkit" which
is a tool provided by Microsoft that includes automated system recovery as
well as many user restrictions.
This tool allows you to use USB disks as well, however they canot be
classified as dynamic disks.
