Automate Shutdown of Outlook 2003

I'm running WIN/XP PRO Service Pack 2 and what I want to do use the System
Scheduler to automate the shutdown of Outlook at a specific time each nite
prior to being backed up.

Can anyone suggest how I would go about setting this up and in particular
the command that would need to be issued by the Scheduler to cause Outlook to
shutdown gracefully.

Hmm, not that gracefully but you can always use scanpst.exe to see if in
fact damage is done to the pst-file in your case.
