automate Save as before close

I have created a document which has a bookmark called
subject, i want to automatically save as the document in
particular folder in my computer plus the name of file to
be the bookmark subject i.e the file will be
g:\projects\OHL\content of bookmark:subject).doc.
I'm using word2002 and window NT
