I want to set up a standard email form to which the user can 1. Choose the
recepient, 2. insert variable information, 3. Autosend.

Choose the recipient in what manner? From a pick list or just putting it
into the TO field like any other e-mail?

Sounds like Mail Merge. Look that topic up in Outlook Help to see your
options.
