Autohide Taskbar

Hi everyone.

Ok I've been googling for this answer for a couple of hours and haven't
found anything of any help. So here it goes;

The autohide of the taskbar on my PC scrolls smoothly when it hides, but
when you bring it back up, its not smooth, it just jumps back up. I think
its a reg tweak, but I can't find the right key. Anyone have any clue?

I have made sure that the "show windows contents while dragging" is ticked.
This smooths the drop down.

This seems to be the way it works. I would guess most would like the extra
speed.
