Autoforward Rule Question

We are a large Org, and this particular User waould like top do the following:
Outlook 2003/Exchange 2000
When this User gets mail, the User would like to use a rule to Autoforward
the mail item to another mailbox BUT with format change to always be HTML.

Is that possible?.

not using rules - you'd need to write VBA to do it.
