Where do I find the feature where I can fill in all my
information on my computer and then whenever I need to
fill out a form or type personal information it will
automatically pop into the box and I can use it if I want
to or delete it and type some other info.

In which box would you like to fill in this information?
I don't know any feature in Windows 2000 to do this. The only personal
information you enter is when you install Windows 2000.
 
are you talking about the autofill feature for internet explorer, where you
can automatically fill web-based forms with your info?
If so, the google toolbar (toolbar.google.com) provides that nifty feature
