Autofill subform entries

I need help on autofilling subform entries.

I have a main form (student record) and sub form (class record of that
student) the Class subForm changes each month and is used to calculate the
montly statements.
Access 2007
The Class subForm has various information in it that has to be entered each
month with changing data. However, the following information only changes one
in awhile class, days and tuition. I need to be able to automate (autofill)
that information each month based on say the last months entry. But I only
want to update those specific fields and the ability to go back an manually
change them if necessary.

Any suggestion would be so much appreciated.

Thank You

Hi Francine,

You might give this method a try (I haven't ever tried it on a subform).
Sorry, I don't know of an Access 2007 version of this article:

Access MVP Allen Browne has this article as well:
