autofill on the TO: box

How do i set teh "To:" box in Outlook to atuo fill as a user types in a
name?
Does the names have to be in a certain location? a setting somewhere?

Sorry, the version in question is Outlook 2k

Feature does not exist.
Autocompletion did not become a feature until Outlook 2002.
