Autofill Email Address

When typing an email address, the name of the recipient autofills but there
is no email address attached. If I type their email address then it does
work, but if I only remember their name, it inserts their name into the To:
field but not their email address. Is there a way to fix this?
 
No information here. State Outlook version.
State how you are entering the email address more accurately.
