Hello, I can`t find my autoexec.bat or config.sys files, even with search all files/folders...start/run <sysedit> reveals the 2 empty boxes. The win.ini and sys.ini are there, each with a <:> at the start of the first lines. The folks at HP were unable to come up with a reason, should i be concerned? Any ideas?
Thank you.

Greetings --

WinXP doesn't use AUTOEXEC.BAT or CONFIG.SYS. The empty files are
present simply to provide some backwards compatibility with legacy
applications.
