Clayton

Hi,
I would like to create an entry in the autoexec.bat to delete contents on a
zip disk and the backup a folder and a few files from C:\ to a Zip drive and
put into the Scheduled Tasks to be run every night a midnight.
But not sure what to type in there, can someone give me any ideas? If it's
not too much to ask I would also like it to be zipped before backing up

Thanks

Hi,

1) Autoexec.bat is not used in WindowsXP. Create environmental changes in
the Control Panel/system/advanced tab.

2) Use Ntbackup to create differential backups. In WinXP Pro it will be
under System tools. For WinXP Home, you will need to add it from the retail
CD.
