I have about 4000 autocorrect entries that work fine. Sometimes I need them
to be all caps. Is there a way to convert them to all caps without entering
them all again in auto correct?
aa a word
bb a wordb
cc a wordc
half the time I need
aa A WORD
bb A WORDB
just typing
AA does not get A WORD
BB does not get WORDB
I was hoping to find a quick way without reentering new autocorrections?

Thanks for any suggestions

Provide the autocorrect entry is all in lower case aa will insert in lower
case and AA in upper case?

Unfortunately my auto correct words are proper names and capped as such.

That does explain why now and then I would get an all capped word.

To continue. Is there a way to add autocorrect words as a list rather than
one at a time? I dread having to reenter all the words either in lower or
upper case. Hope that's not my only option.

Use the utility that you can download from
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/ExportAutocorrect.htm to make a
document containing all the entries. That document can be edited, if you follow
the same format as for the existing entries, before you use the same utility to
reload the entries into the AutoCorrect storage.
