autocomplete

I love the feature of autocomplete however when it comes to emails to, cc,
bcc; unless it is an idividual I have emailed it will not autocomplete.
please email me at (e-mail address removed) if you have any suggestion or know
how to correct this problem.

This is the way it's supposed to work. Auto complete remembers only the
addresses you've typed, not the ones in your address book. To get around
this, use the Check Names button when starting to type the address. It will
bring up the names from the address book that might match.

where do i find the check names feature - is a right click feature

I have it as a button on the menu in a message, but I might have added it by
right clicking on the toolbar and Customizing. It's under Tools menu when you
customize.
