autocomplete

I scroll up or down the autocomplete list of e-mails on the TO: and hit the
delete button to delete old e-mail addresses or ones that are incorrect and
it won't delete the address. It deleted them at one time but it no longer
will delete. Can someone help me with this?

You can't scroll that list.
Use the arrow key to select the entry you want to delete.
