I have no option in my advanced e-mail section to turn on the suggested names
feature. Is there an update for this ?

Are you referring to Microsoft Access, the subject of this newsgroup?
Or - more likely - Outlook, or some other EMail program?

If the former, please explain. If the latter, please repost your
question in an Outlook newsgroup. Scroll down the list of subject
areas on the webpage and find one for Outlook.
