AutoComplete User Names and Passwords

I can't get AutoComplete to save my user names and passwords.

I made sure that it is selected in internet explorer options.

I have tride registering RSABase.dll but I get an error message saying that
it was not found.

I have tride going to the registery and removing the subkey under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Protected Storage System Provider, but
XP will not allow me to do it.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it working again?

Hi Dave :)

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, which really is a
must when asking for help in the newsgroups, but, try the following and see
if it helps:

For IE6 for all OS you could probably try doing the same commands
with rsaenh.dll. E.g.:

regsvr32 /u rsaenh.dll (note the spaces)

Cick OK
Click OK when the message that the registration is successful appears.

Then:
Start>Run
In the Open box, type

regsvr32 rsaenh.dll (note the spaces)

Click OK
Click OK when the message that the registration is successful appears.

also..

Protected Storage - Save Password, AutoComplete issues

Tools>internet options>advanced tab.
Check next to "Enable profile assistant" if not already checked.

Hope this helps.
