Autocomplete Passwords

I am having the same or similiar problem. When a pop-up
box appears asking for a User Name and password, the
fields are already filled and if you use the drop down
button(User name)then all previous User names are being
stored. How can this information be cleared ?

Thanks for the tip, however still does not clear down the
user names in the drop down menu of that pop-up.
