Autocomplete not working

We recently installed Outlook 2003 and several people are reporting that
autocomplete was working then it stops working for some of the names. These
names are ones that the autocomplete worked for before. They said they have
not deleted the names and because it is happening to several people I have a
tendency to believe them. Any suggestions?

ok. Could you tell me why I am creating a new profile and will it solve my
problem? The .nk2 file is associated a particular profile, right?

I really would not have suggested it if it would not solve your problem.
Scholars are still debating why it works, but it does. Some think the NK2
file gets corrupted. Others think that the connection between the NK2 file
and the profile becomes corrupted. In either event, creating a new profile
fixes it, which I assume is want you wanted.

I'm having the same problem. Do I just delete Outlook.NK2, or is
there more to it?
Thanks
Mike
