autocomplete not working in xp

Autocomplete is not working in my new HP laptop. There is
some kind of registry change that can be made to fix this,
but I can't seem to find it. All setting are correct.
Can anyone help me with this??

The following fix also applies to Outlook, and other programs that store
passwords in the Protected Storage System Provider sub-branch of the Registry.
It also corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and AutoComplete.
