AutoComplete Does Not Save Username and Password

Hi ... I have this fairly new computer from HP and its
preinstall xp home .. Now i am having problems with
AutoComplete Does Not Save Username and Password.... Now
i did try this from microsoft>>>

notice its for windows 2000 but shouldn't it work for xp
as well ??? Only thing is Method 3 and 4 i can't do ...
Can someone help with this problem Please...

Hi ... I looked at that site you posted but so far i
couldn't find anything to do with windows xp home version
with explorer ( 6.0 ) and outlook ... Is there anything
there for my version ?? didn't notice if there was ...
and thanks for helping i hope i can get this problem fix

Try this fix.

When using sysprep.exe, passwords cannot be saved
When the sysprep tool has been used to install Windows XP or Windows 2000,
there are cases in which checking the Save Password box in Internet Explorer
or Outlook Express does not work.
