Auto update console grayed out

Even though I'm logged in as Administrator on the local
machine, when I open automatic update in control panel all
buttons are grayed out. The option "keep my computer up to
date" is checked, along with the setting to download and
notify when ready. I want to change the settings but cant.
Where can I unlock these settings? Thank you

If you are on a network the policy settings may be set to prevent you
changing the AU settings. If not,
