Auto text, template or macro?

How do I create a shortcut when writing letters to put in:

Sincerely,

COMPANY NAME

My Name
Title

with just one or two keystrokes.

I would create an AutoText in the relevant template (Normal.dot if you want
the signature to be available in any document), give the AutoText a short
name that does not match any ordinary words (e.g. "aaa"). This lets you
insert the AutoText by typing, in this example, aaa and then press F3. If
this is not easy enough, you can assign a keyboard shortcut to the AutoText.
See:
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/AsgnCmdOrMacroToHotkey.htm

Instead of selecting "All Commands" in the Categories list as described in
step 2 in the article, select "AutoText". Then you will find all your
AutoTexts in the Commands list.

Or create a letter template that already includes that information, as
described in http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Letterhead.htm

If you are going to use an obscure name for your autotext entry, such as
aaa, then you might as well make it a formatted autocorrect entry instead.

In my own letter head templates I use a variation of the macro code at
http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm to insert standing text, based on the
nature of the contact in Outlook or whether the addressee information is
inserted manually.
