Auto text re Address Layout

Word 2000. I want to change the Address Layout and cannot
find a list of the usable "fields". I am inserting
addresses from my Outlook address book onto envelopes
(from within Word). If the name is JOHN J. SMITH, the
printed address is omitting the middle initial and only
printing JOHN SMITH. I want to include the middle initial
and don't know the "field code" for the middle initial.

Initial isn't one of them, but there are workarounds that might help.

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=211424. As Graham says, there's not one
for middle initial.
