Is there anyway to add a date field code to an auto text image?

Right now I have an image that can be inserted to a document via auto text.
Can I apply a date field code to that?

If not, no biggie; just thought I'd see if it's possible.

Thank you.

Insert your image, then follow it with the date field (Insert > Field, select
CreateDate--this is a static date, use Date if you want the date to change
each time you open the file--and set the appropriate format). Select both
image and date field and create a new AutoText entry.

Your should then get something like this:

CreateDate

You can adjust the location of the date as needed.

Well that was pretty easy. :-)

Thank you!
